border-box;">自2015年以来，以被告人马宝仁为纠集者、被告人赵占龙、颜泽辉为积极参加者的恶势力组织，经常纠集在一起，在济南市章丘区多次实施违法犯罪活动。被告人马宝仁设立济南创客尚亿投资有限公司，在章丘区多地假借民间借贷之名，诱使或迫使被害人以签定借贷协议、虚假的房屋租赁协议、租金收到条、汽车抵押协议等方式形成虚假债权债务关系。为向借款人讨要“高利贷”、“保证金”、“违约金”等虚假债务，该恶势力组织成员采用随意殴打、强行占房、电话辱骂、上门滋扰、张贴告示、借助诉讼等暴力或者“软暴力”手段，实施敲诈勒索、寻衅滋事、诈骗等犯罪行为13起，恶势力组织外违法行为1起，为非作恶、欺压百姓，严重扰乱当地经济、社会生活秩序，造成较为恶劣的社会影响。</p></section><section
