border-box;">回来路上执行干警就开始做乙某工作，劝其自觉履行法律义务，但乙某态度恶劣拒不配合，谎称自己生活困难无钱偿还。宫萌萌法官严肃告知乙某，如果有还款能力，却拒绝履行，将对其采取拘留措施。执行干警遂对其进行核酸检测、采集指纹等生物信息。此时执行法官继续做乙某工作，告知其拒不履行判决的法律后果，同时也耐心做其家人工作。乙某依然不为所动但当带上手铐的那一刻，面对将要被拘留的后果，被执行人乙某恍然醒悟，最终迫于法律的威严，当场偿还了申请人部分债务，并出具还款方案及悔过书，于上午11点，双方再次达成和解协议。</p></section><section
