!important">黄家烤肉起源于明末清初，至今已有300多年历史。明洪武二年（1369年），黄氏先祖兄弟三人，一筐一担从冀州枣强县黄家窑迁来山东，定居章丘县城。先祖一家初来异乡，生活窘困拮据，终年衣不蔽体，食不果腹。为了养家糊口以补生活，遂在章丘城北女郎山以打猎为生，后来又烤成熟食叫卖。时间久了便熟能生巧，所做烤肉愈来愈美味，颇受顾客欢迎。经过几代人的研究，至明朝末年终于形成了用土坯围成炉，将肉吊在里面焖烤的生产工艺。随着不断的摸索、改进和加工，终于烤制出了脍炙人口的黄家烤肉。黄家烤肉特点：整猪烤制，一头200多斤的大猪，经过加工制作，一次性烤熟。烤熟后，以鲜香味浓、色泽金黄、皮酥肉嫩、肥而不腻闻名于世。</span></span></p></section></section></section></section><section
