自己的宅基地，也手续麻烦？？ 应该放开，按照房屋面积征收物业管理费，类似不动产税，就不会乱盖，保有税一出，什么问题都能解决 可惜富人们不会通过的 帮顶 政府规划一块地，200平一个宅基地，免费！！！
年轻人想要盖，可以，需要放弃原来的宅基地！
并且盖的房子必须一致！
