background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-size: 15px; letter-spacing: 0.5px;">章丘区埠村路及野生动物世界至济莱高速入口约八九公里的路段，2018年改造后在非机动车道各大小路口处安装了许多圆柱形的石头桩，本意是防止汽车占用非机动车道，但是由于两个石头桩树立在非机动车道上，加上现在非机动车道一侧的路灯都设置为关闭状态，导致夜间在非机动车道骑行电动车时路面昏喑，有的树木的黑影也遮挡了石头桩，稍远一点都不容易看到，等骑到石头桩处发现了往往刹车不及，极易碰撞到石头桩上而发生交通事故。有的人为了骑行顺畅，干脆在机动车道上骑行，更增加了与汽车发生交通事故的隐患。因此强烈建议拆除整个路段的石头桩，恢复路面平整，并在**公司、野生动物世界等汽车易违停处加装监控摄像头，对汽车违停非机动车道的实时抓拍，严厉处罚，确保非机动车道上的骑行人员安全畅通。</span></section><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; 区园林和林业绿化局回复：经查，您反映的非机动车道设置隔离桩（挡车柱）属2018年章丘区南北大通道道路绿化及改造提升建设项目（EPC）建设范围。该项目全长约16.6公里，分为南北两段。其中：南段自经十东路至埠村高速跨线桥以南；北段自济青路摩天岭路口至绣惠街道驻地以南。建设内容包括土方造地形、路灯安装、慢行道路（人行、骑行混合道）建设、绿化苗木栽植等。其中，慢行道路（人行、骑行混合道）部分为确保行人及非机动车通行安全，根据《城市道路交通设施设计规范》、《山东省城市道路工程设计标准》等文件规定、要求，在道路出入口处设置隔离桩，严禁机动车进入慢行道路通行或停放，以免造成更大的安全隐患，隔离桩设置位置及间距均符合相关设计标准。对您提出的拆除隔离桩的建议，我单位将积极联系对接设计单位、相关部门及道路交通专家进行现场调研和论证。
济南市公安局章丘区分局回复：对您反映的加装监控摄像头问题，经交警大队调研，因监控抓拍设施投资大，效果差，利用率低，不建议设置监控设施，此处可以采用设置隔离柱的办法解决。同时，交警大队将加大对该路段巡逻抓拍力度，对发现的交通违法行为进行严厉查处，共同维护道路交通安全。
